Positives:
The manager was nice and gave us a refund. The bathroom tub had a leak when we arrived and with the mold we decided not to stay.
Negatives:
The property is old and not kept up. The bathroom had a leak and there was mold in the shower. It was a bit sketchy even though the location and area are good. We did not feel comfortable there and it smelled like cigarettes in areas.

Low price but not a good value
Positives:
I like that I always seem to get the same room every time I stay here! The staff are always very accommodating and helpful and ready to handle my concerns. The room was very clean upon entering and it was right next to the exit, which is something I prefer.
Negatives:
Breakfast was a little lacking. Eggs and 2 kinds of sausage, not bacon. Upon entering the room there was an odd petroleum based smell, or maybe WD-40 or some kind of cleaning solution? The smell was unnoticeable after a few seconds of being in the room, but it was strong each time I entered the room. The lights were a little dim, even with all of them turned on at night. It was difficult to read and eat but made for a comfortable atmosphere to relax in.
