I tried multiple times both through booking.com and the property to reschedule the dates with no results. There isn’t a human to speak to. The property had no control over my reservation. Never using this company again.

The bathroom is covered in mold on the ceiling and top of walls in bathroom. Room had a very stale/chemical smell. Breakfast was dried out eggs and sausage patties.

The ceiling in the bathroom had mold on it from a leak from the floor above. We heavily sprayed everything down with lysol spray before we touched anything.

Didn’t eat the breakfast because everything just seemed really dirty. Our bathroom light didn’t work. Our phone didn’t work to call the front desk. The toilet wouldn’t flush was a musty smell. I was put on the first floor facing the parking lot. The room was fine, just being on the first floor is not my preference. I have not been on the first floor ever so I did not think to request a 2nd floor room. I should have!
