I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of substantial items comprising the complimentary breakfast. There were scrambled eggs and sausage and Canadian bacon. There were two waffle making stations. They had coffee and fresh fruit. It was great.
Negatives:
In the booking, my room was described to either have a shower stall or a tub. My room had a tub; but I could not figure out the mechanism that prevented the water from draining. I asked a desk clerk and he politely explained that I should ask housekeeping in the morning, because he was not familiar with the problem. And so, I did not soak in the spacious tub, during my stay.

Good location! The staff was kind and professional.
Negatives:
There is no elevator to the second floor, so keep that in mind for accessibility concerns. My main issue is that the mattresses were super squeaky and uncomfortable.

Friendly staff and uncomfortable beds.
Positives:
It was close to everywhere I needed to go. The room was a good size room so that I didn't feel cramped. Everyone working there was very nice and friendly. The breakfast was pretty solid as well. Lots of parking and right close to a traffic light so there was no awkward trying to get in and out of an area.
Negatives:
The refrigerator in the room made a high pitch annoying sound the entire time I was there. I told them about it, and they were going to take care of it after I left. In the meantime, they did offer to move my room, but since the place doesn't have any elevators (another drawback), and they initially wanted to put me on the second floor, I declined. Have two bad knees and didn't want to be going up and down the stairs all the time. No laundry facilities, if you want to do that, so plan accordingly.

Poor stay. Faucet leaked. Not their fault but someone parked a truck outside my room with dogs in the back, in cages. Barked all night.
