Very good
Positives:
Shah checked us in and he was exceptional in every way. An astute professional and first point of contact. Please thank him for us as we were so jet lagged from flying into Logan from Australia. Then the night time staff were wonderful as our luggage was delayed and came in at 1.30am. Please thank your night time crew for all of their assistance. What a wonderful place to recover from such a tough trip. The pool was so nice too and helped us recover.

A little more fruit at breakfast? That's it. Everything was perfect.

I waited longer in the reception the night I arrived before I could see receptionist. Also, they supposed to come check the room immediately I checked out while I’m still there and confirm my $100 return

Positives:
We traveled from Florida for my college graduation and were there for 2 nights, the only issue we had was with the vending machines eating our money! The two women at the desk couldn't be of much assistance but did offer to give us change for our dollar bills, which ended up not working but overall, the staff with courteous and the hotel was very clean and nice.
Negatives:
Vending Machines were not great since they ate our money every time we used them, and not just on one floor but all floors. They definitely need to be seen about.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating especially because bookings.com cancelled out both rooms instead of cancelling out one room. They were still able to get us a room. The breakfast was really good!
