Mouse droppings in room ,checked in at 2 am one night had to wait an extra 40 minutes so they could do am audit with a toddler git woken up to a couple fighting where my walls were shaking waking up the baby when I talked to the manager they said I made it up or "imagined it" then they double charged me and I had to call over a week because noone would call me back to refund the 2nd charge I usto like this place never again
