Needed to be updated , the a/c unit didn’t work that well and the room was really humid. Need to have a vending machine with laundry stuff so the washer and dryer could be utilized.

I loved the pool, our room was clean, the hotel in general was beautiful. The staff was nice and polite, very helpful. Breakfast was also very good.

My only complaints is the bed was kinda worn out and the toilet seat in the room was very low to the ground.

I arrived early, and the manager let me check in, which I didn't expect, and I appreciate it a lot!
Negatives:
On my first night, I found out that they had given me the wrong room since someone had tried to get into my room, and they asked me to go to the reception.
Instead of figuring it out in the morning, they had to disturb me at midnight. After I fell asleep again, they called my room and woke me up just to tell me that I will have to move rooms sometime in the next day. They could have waited to tell me that in the morning!
It totally ruined my sleep and the next workday.
Later, the next day, they asked me to move to a different room.
I would expect some kind of compensation, but nothing happened.

Not very clean and kinda rundown. Looks like they have tried to bandaid it to “look” better. The floors has “soft” spots when you walked up on the 3rd floor. Kinda sketchy! Waited on someone far too long to come to the front desk to check us in(no bell). I called down after checking in to ask for an extra blanket and nobody answered the phone. So I unpacked and then went down to the front desk to ask. When I finally found an employee, I was told they don’t have any extra blankets!! What kind of hotel doesn’t have an extra blanket?!?!?! Absolutely ridiculous!! We had an outlet in the room broken and open to wires!! The craziest part is the make you pay $100.00 for incidentals when you check in. Much nicer higher end hotels don’t even do that. If you’re going to charge that fee incase I damage something, then you should have your hotel looking way better to begin with and maybe buy a few extra blankets.
