The fact that I had to pay to park my car while I stayed there. I spent close to a thousand dollars and then you’re gonna slap me with a parking fee NOT COOL!!!!!!

We had too pay a twenty-dollar service fee. The receptionist was on the phone for a long time, twenty minutes with a customer, need two people.

The location was convenient for what we were in the area for.
Negatives:
The floors in the lobby and hallways were not clean. The carpeting in our room was wet in front of the a/c unit. The first thing I saw when turning down the comforter on our bed, was a wadded up washcloth. Too much noise from other rooms overnight.
