Our toilet kept getting clogged. Our toaster in the room didn’t work. We had to ask for housekeeping to come to our room. Paying for parking was excessive and wasn’t mentioned before booking.

Standard Residence Inn experience: Rooms are clean, breakfast is tasty but nothing to go crazy about, everything was great but it is exactly what you'd expect from this chain.
Negatives:
There's nothing to do in Manchester, and winter nights don't feel safe, but this has nothing to do with the hotel!
