Positives:
The location and entrance was amazing. The bed was comfortable and relaxing. We didnt want to leave the room because the beds were so comfortable. We loved the location of our room- right in the corner. The staff was bvery helpful and friendly.
Negatives:
The resturant could use more options but was good. The floor in the bathroom was dirty, really dirty. The water was brown because of the piping they needed to shut off for service. It was ok- just needed to run the water. The pool was closed from 6-7 because of aqua fitness. My child and his friend were not impressed with that. Then after the pool was back open, my husband noticed an elderly man not wearing appropriate bathing suit attire. I think the desk, attendant need to enforce rules because the man was wearing underwear. Not appropriate. Especially when there are younger children in a PUBLIC HOTEL POOL.
