The classy building and staff. Rooms are comfy and clean. I'm not a fan of the refill shower pumps in the shower. The restaurant was a nice friendly staff but my food for dinner was burnt and overcooked! Brochetta chicken should have been tender,not dry& toughest! Fingerling potatoes were perfect, though .I hope breakfast is better ? ? ?

There was a fairly large crowd that came in and there was no way one person should have been asked to handle that many people.

Positives:
Probably the nicest hotel in Nashua. Excellent reception and breakfast area. Located away from downton (happily) and in a commercail retail area, convenient to stores and restaurants.
Negatives:
On check-in the hotel added a charge for any additional items I might use. This was refunded on the final bill, but a little off-putting when checking in at 10PM after a long day of travel.
