The location is great. It's a stones throw to shopping plaza, and restaurants.
Negatives:
They only had 3 handicap parking spots by the front door, and they didn't enforce drivers parking in them without a placard or plate, leaving me as a disabled person to struggle to walk the long distance into the building to the one elevator. Staff was made aware on multiple occasions, and did nothing about it. Also, the cleanliness is poor. It would seem that the mop in the housekeepings cleaning cart is just for show. My bare feet turned BLACK from walking across the unwashed hardwood floors.

I didn’t like having the strobe light from the fire alarm go off and the staff not helping us at all, forcing us to leave because they couldn’t turn it off or offer a different room.

Location is great, lots of areas to walk pet.
Staff terrific-- friendly and professional.
Overall, clean and comfortable.
Really great to have full kitchen and fridge and ice trays.
Great value.
Lighting was good, room comfortable and had many helpful amenities.
Negatives:
Booking described a Queen bed, and it was not one. The bed size is smaller than we would like.
Some of the furnishings are a little worn.
When we got in, air was off and room was uncomfortably warm and stale. It would have been nice for air to at least be circulating.
Breakfast was really minimal in terms of choices.
Our room was next to the stairs (and some room has to be) but that door slammed easily and loudly, just wish it had one of those things that slowed it down so it didn't slam, b/c it woke us up a lot
