Negatives: Most of the things. The room was dirty, furniture old and scratched, stains on the chairs, floor not swippep by the entrance door and around the toilet. No counters in the bathroom to put stuff (only one very narrow shelf). The hallway near our room had terrible urine smell. Overall this is one of the filthiest places I've ever visited. And they are not ashamed to price those rooms at a rate for normal 3-star hotel, even though this place is worse than a 2-star hotel...

Positives: The staff was nice. They were very knowledgeable of the property. Property was also clean.

Negatives: The only down side of this property is that you can hear every step that the person above you was taken. Therefore, we we not really able to sleep in as we had planned to do. It would also be nice if the rooms had cooking ware and utensils for the kitchenette.
