Positives:
The location, the very attentive receptionist, and the very comfortable bed.
Negatives:
The breakfast service was terrible. Breakfast was supposed to end at 10 am, I arrived at 9:35 am, and there wasn't even 50% of what there should have been. The employee was very rude and lazy, everything was disorganized, and the tables were dirty. When I booked, it was also because of this service, so I consider the failure quite significant. I understand that if the service was supposed to end at 10 am, everything should be available by closing time.
