Disappointing
Positives:
I liked the proximity to the area I needed to go for my meeting. It was right off of the main drag which was nice, and not far from a shopping center.
Negatives:
The room was very dirty. As soon as I checked in, I looked at the sheets and they were covered in black hairs. I went downstairs to get new bedding, which still had hair on them. The bed sheets were stained with spots under the cover. Thankfully, I had blankets in my car which I slept on so I didn’t touch anything. There was actual bird poop INSIDE the bathroom on the walls and on the towel rack. The towels provided were both dirty but one of them looked like it was used in a mechanic shop and then washed. The AC constantly shut off and the fan element wouldn’t even stay on. It was overall just really not great. When I checked out, I mentioned these things to the person at the desk but they didn’t do anything to check it out or help other than just be like “oh” which is crazy. Would not recommend and will not return.

Beds were fine and floor was nice and tv had lots of college football games, was easy to get too if coming off the highway
Negatives:
Room had no fridge or microwave, bathroom maintenance was poor, wall had some poorly hidden holes, the floorboards were coming off, the shower curtain had mold on it, the bath was kinda dirty, the lock on the door was loose and poorly secured and I’ve stayed at other hotels and motels that cost significantly less and were much nicer, vent in the bathroom was filthy, it was quite loud you could hear everything outside and you can only access the property from one side of the road
