Positives:
We ordered a 2-room suite that would hold 4 adults and 1 child while we visited family for Thanksgiving and it was very comfortable (save for only having one bathroom, but that is to be expected). Beds were super comfortable (even the sofa bed was not bad, and they are usually awful) and the HVAC system worked great and was extremely user friendly. It had a huge kitchen that we did not really utilize, but if I was staying someplace for an extended period it would be perfect. Staff were all VERY FRIENDLY and helpful and the daily breakfast far exceeded my expectations, with a great selection and actually tasted good (FAR better than most places I have stayed that offered a free breakfast). The large bathroom and nice shower with good selection of products (e.g. shampoo, conditioner and body wash) was awesome as well.
Negatives:
We never did figure out how to work all of the light switches in the suite. It had a master switch by the door, but it would turn on both the bedroom and living room ceiling lights -- with no way to simply turn on the latter alone, though using just the table lamps worked ok (pretty good chance that it was merely user error, though we spent quite a bit of time trying to figure it out). Meanwhile, 2 out of the 4 smaller bedside lamps that hung on the wall were inoperable. The "gym" is pretty bare-bones, so don't expect too much. Overall, just very minor gripes, however.

Location was great. It was nice to have breakfast, however, I wish it changed up a bit more. We stayed for 4 days, and by that last day we were burnt out of the options.
Negatives:
Not enough breakfast options for multiple day stays.
Pool was freezing, so we were pretty disappointed.
Gym barely has anything, so we didnt use it.
The washers need to be cleaned, badly. They made our clothes smell so bad.
We were pretty bummed that the pool was so cold and the gym barely had anything. Those were the top 2 reasons we booked this stay. Typically, indoor pools are heated. This one is definitely not. So we only used it 1x. We didnt use the gym at all.
Overall, we did enjoy our stay. The room was the perfect size for our family of 4. Room was cleaned daily. We did have to go to the front desk daily for extra towels(they would only leave 2, for a family of 4) and the housekeeping kept taking the extra blanket we had, for some reason. Staff was friendly and always helpful. Hotel was spotless, warm and inviting. Would definitely stay here again.
