We didn’t stay!
Negatives:
When we booked the hotel through booking, it said the pool area was available. We found out about 10 mins after checking in (we called to see when the pool closed) that the pool area was closed for renovation. We went down stairs and explained as well as showed the person at the desk that booking said it was available and that was the reason we booked with them! We asked if we could get a full refund since we were there shortly and we were told yes. We also called Booking.com to confirm. Booking called the hotel and they also confirmed with each other. We got an alert that our refund was on its way ( I still have the alert). It’s been a full month of playing tag with booking and the hotel to resolve this and get our refund and have not received it! Sheraton sent an invoice saying we checked out the next day when we checked out not more than 10 mins after checking into the hotel! Proof…e checked into a cheaper and bigger/better hotel behind them 30 mins after checking after checking and checked out from the other hotel on Sunday! How were we at two hotels! Please give us our full refund! It’s been long enough.

The modern decor was nice, it was very spacious, and the staff were fantastic.
Negatives:
Booking.com said there was room service and all day dining, but turns out that was incorrect. We also booked a specific room, and unfortunately on arrival that room wasn’t available, so that was disappointing.

We had a terrible experience for the second time. The door wouldn’t open. Maintenance came. Still couldn’t fix it. Had to pack everything up and change rooms. The toilet didn’t flush in the next room. My Mom and I were able to fix the toilet cuz we didn’t want to call maintenance again. The shower curtain had mold in it. We needed clean towels. Front desk told me to put the dirty towels in the hallway by the door. They stayed there for two days.
