We had a terrible experience for the second time. The door wouldn’t open. Maintenance came. Still couldn’t fix it. Had to pack everything up and change rooms. The toilet didn’t flush in the next room. My Mom and I were able to fix the toilet cuz we didn’t want to call maintenance again. The shower curtain had mold in it. We needed clean towels. Front desk told me to put the dirty towels in the hallway by the door. They stayed there for two days.

The rooms, while nice, do not justify the price.
Extremely frustrating was the paucity of convenient electrical outlets to accommodate most travelers’ needs.
That breakfast is not included at these prices is pure gouging.
