The doors to the rooms are not even. Light and sound come into the rooms from the hallway.
Tv was out and took over 12 hours to address the issue. Once I moved rooms again for the 2nd time things were better

No water on our first morning (Thursday)........and the phone didn't work, so we had to physically go to the front desk to report the water situation.

Very comfortable, lovely building, beautiful green surroundings, enjoyed the poolside in the sun too

Air conditioning wasnt working so there were dank odors covered by a sickening fruity perfume smell. Seemed clean, not pristine. I luckily was able to change my room to a room with functioning ac although it was still gross in the hallways.
