The room was nice, the hallways and entrance doors were filthy. You have to walk a mile to the pool and go in and out of freezing rooms to get to it. The parking sucks especially in the winter as you have to walk a ways to park and they didn’t salt one bit so be careful walking to you car.

The breakfast is ok. Not as many choices as years past. There also needs to be more than one toaster if there are many people.. By the time you get to cook your toast your meal is cold.
Negatives:
The hot tub was out of commission. Desk staff said it needs to be replaced. It would have been nice if they had let customers know ahead of time.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.
Negatives:
There was no parking near the room and the walk from the room to the parking lot was icy and dangerous.
The toilet kept running and did not flush correctly.
The water fixtures were hard to maneuver.
We were not given towels when we first we t to our room, but when we asked we were given some right away.
The facilities were old and in need of some updating.

Parking was far! Breakfast sucked! Options were not good.
We called for a refill on garbage bags, bathroom soaps and for garbage pick up as we have been there a few days already. They made us bring the garbage to the front and pick up the supplies.
