It was great views and a clean space

I booked a room with 2 queens and 2 twins and only got 2 queens

Check in was difficult. Computers were down. They did not provide the king room as stated in the reservation. They gave two queens. The hotel is dated and my floor was musty

Great for families!!! The location of this hotel, it's also pet friendly and there is alot of space to walk your dog. The indoor heated pool and hot tub were also great. The continental breakfast wasn't bad either!

Pet friendly hotel but no stations with poop pick up bags and trash cans. Also the rooms could use some updates we couldn't get the shower to work so we called the desk and the woman was like you have to pull it really hard- then it worked.

Was able to book easily. Good location.
Negatives:
Told front desk we were staying multiple nights due to a snow storm and did not need house keeping any of the days we stayed. I have cancer and needed to sleep as much as I could and didn't want to be woken up. House keeping woke me up every day.

Striking view of mountains, staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful. Large, warm & very clean indoor pool. The Jacuzzi was warm but minimal bubbles. The free breakfast included fresh cooked options! All areas were very clean.

Some of the pool area lounges were rather worn.

Positives:
The location was convenient to all of N. Conway. The room was spacious, well lit and clean. The beds are on the harder side. The large balcony had a beautiful view of the mountains. Check in was easy and pleasant.
Negatives:
Better lighting from the parking area. The door needs a deadbolt. I could hear the next rooms conversation. I left the fan on to mask any noise I could hear. Once everyone was sleeping the hotel was quite. The hot tub needs to be refinished.
