We went to Celebrate a 7th Birthday for the slides. That was a hit! Big room with plenty of space for us 3 adults and 3 kids. Breakfast was good and it was very clean. All staff were great.
Negatives:
The hot tub. There were mops and other cleaning items against the wall right behind the hot tub. Kind of wrecked the feeling. Some greenery instead, or at least remove those items would make the difference. Reason hotel didn’t get a 10. Otherwise it was hot and clean.

at 3 am we had few people banging and trying get into my room. I was able chase off. Talk to the staff in am and the shrug it off. Just because i am checking out does not mean to not care. Need better staff on front desk. You pay almost 400 for room and that was the response. Like nothing happened.

The water park was what brought us to this particular hotel. Otherwise nothing special

Our toilet was clogged when we checked in. There was a fire nearby that caused the water park to be closed for a while. We asked if we could use the water park the next day after we checked out before returning home as compensatory due to the park being closed. They declined saying it wouldn’t be fair to the current guests. If fairness is what we are going for then what about my family? The only reason we stayed there was the water park.
