Excellent location to restaurants and local attractions! Water park was perfect for our grandsons! Breakfast was delicious and Miss Barb was an added gift! Rooms were clean, beds comfy and everything was tidy and fresh smelling! All staff was welcoming and friendly!

Everything! The room was spacious & comfortable! The breakfast had an excellent variety of hot & cold options! i've rarely seen pancakes in other hotels I've stayed at so I was delighted! The staff was incredibly accommodating! All the extras like a filtered water station, a nice assortment of snacks, soft toilet paper and the closeness of all the North Conway shopping made this stay so wonderful!
Negatives:
The only thing that would have been good to know is when the Conway Scenic Railway drives past the hotel. We were on the back side & it was such a beautiful sight to see! I didn't grab my camera in time so knowing approximately when they come by would be great! Honestly, everything was wonderful!
