The breakfast had many different food options so that was very good.

Breakfast was served in the hotel lobby and the temperature of the lobby was very cold. It was tolerable but certainly not optimal.

comfort of the room, having coffee/tea available all the time generous parking lot
Negatives:
walking through front door only to step on drop cloths, around paint buckets, paint bucket on reception desk no staff in sight except painters who smiled. This did not give a good first impression re welcoming guests, safety and staff. A simple sign at the front door saying "welcome, please pardon our mess as we update our lounge/etc"
