Hotel employee is a gem. I had no idea he was the GM of the hotel. He was so welcoming in the most genuine way, exuded kindness and was truly leading a team that echoed his sentiments as well. I will never stay at any other hotel in NH!

This hotel was the perfect overnight or weekend getaway . They have really thought of everything: the lobby has warm cookies in the evenings, hot breakfast in the morning, a spread really!!! Coffee 24/7 -- Hotel is impeccably clean, and it feels new.

Was not told upon arrival that housekeeping is every other day.

The breakfast options were tasty, fresh and plentiful. Arguably the best continental breakfast we've ever had. The location was central to plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and if you're traveling for a concert at the music hall, you can't pick a better hotel. It was a 4 minute walk!! The staff was friendly and efficient, the rooms were sparkling clean and the entire hotel felt brand new

The parking situation wasn't ideal...40 bucks for forced valet isn't my favorite, but the valet service was great anyway
