The cleanliness and bed set up was poor. Our bed for some reason had no box spring. This made sleeping and sitting in the bed very uncomfortable. Manager tried to tell us this was a handicapped room but it was not according to our booking details.

We asked for a non-smoking room and the room smelled like marijuana. The sink was clogged, and the lights kept on flickering keeping my husband up. Our car got dinged by another visitor. We complained about all to the Management and still they have not reached out to us. Very disappointing.

location, most staff were very pleasant and eager to assist.
Negatives:
On arrival, the female receptionist provided no greeting, she gave no/little eye contact, we seemed to have interrupted her personal phone call, she "barked" an answer when I asked "do you need to see my license", a very harsh first encounter.
