We stayed for 7 nights and there was no single cleaning or change of towels during our stay!!!
This is not acceptable in any way, at least a few times a week should be reasonable.
Breakfast was American standard, not healthy with waffles every morning.
We would appreciated a continental breakfast but I know it's rare in USA.
The room was way out of date, it really felt like time had stood still for 50 years or so.
