It was a great location and made it easy to walk to our evening event. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast offerings were nice as well.

The staff was quick to answer, friendly, and very helpful. Our room was great and very spacious traveling with our 2 month old baby. It was in a great location and walking distance to everything.

Nothing to do with the hotel, only that parking either in the street or garages can be expensive every day.

It was walking distance to nice stores and restaurants on the water. The rooms were really nice with all utensils, dishwasher full-size fridge and electric stove. Pet friendly, very clean rooms and helpful friendly staff

Valet parking was $40 per night, and street metered parking was 9 am to 8 pm hours 1-3 $2 per hour, and 4+ hours $5 per hour. After 8 pm, it was free but almost impossible to find a spot

They were very accommodating and valued our groups wishes of being next to each other. And they were very polite with bringing us extra supplies
Negatives:
Some of the staff were very rude. Our group got in trouble for breaking the elevator. It had an 8 person max, and when we went on it (there was 9- so one more over the limit) supposedly the fail safe kicked in. We apologized to staff however one female manager was very rude and continued to make us feel bad for it.
It turned out the elevator was 2 months past its inspection date. It was supposed to be inspected back in May, which I dont think had anything to do with it breaking but I dont think we shouldve been ridiculed when it wasnt properly taken care of either
