The staff was fantastic. We had to leave a day early for an emergency and they could not have been more accommodating.

Donna the front desk manager was awesome. Gave us a water view room which unfortunately was blocked by huge salt barges - not the hotels fault! Food was good, drinks were good. Atmosphere exception, bathroom exceptional. They had valet service and valet parking.

The valet parking was very convenient as it was very cold that weekend. The valets and all the staff were friendly and pleasant. The coffee tea station was a 10 by itself.
Negatives:
Came back early from a Christmas party and the bar was closed at about 11. Would have been nice if it stayed open later.
