The heater smelled like someone urinated in it we changed our room and the next room had a faulty emergency lock and we were locked out of our room for about a hour until someone from maintenance could come to the hotel and unlock it. Also no inside pool

We expected 2 rooms with 2 beds per room. We got 2 rooms with 1 bed in each room. Good thing we brought sleeping bags because 2 people ended up on the floor. That would have been almost ok except for lots of hallway noise on one side and parking lot noise on the other, so no one slept well.
