The area is definitely family oriented....very great playground, "Imagination Playground" 5 minutes away.... Near a bunch of stores ... traffic sounds are very light .... Uuum room was great!!!! Hotel clean outside!!!!

Not friendly reception. It says on our reservation that breakfast is included. What they have is coffee, juice and granola bars. I asked the old man at the reception abd he said that's the breakfast they have at the hotel.

I was there for well over a week. I had no turn over offered ie; new towels, sheets, toilet paper . The location management didnt honor my extensions paid for and claimed a policy issue would not allow for over 7 days although a close friend stayed 16.

It was loud at night, the towels had a blood stain, the bath tub had patches- the heater didnt work well.

Most importantly the prices of the rooms generally stay the same, they don't fluctuate like all the others do. Rooms are always clean, it's quiet for the most part and staff is awesome. Any little issues I had were resolved immediatel.

The room had roaches and the hotel would not let me cancel my stay and refund me; horrible customer service; the heat was horrible and had a toxic smell; the room was filthy, sheets super off white like it was soaked in sweat and had stains
