Positives:
The only best thing i liked about the hotel was service! Staff thank you so much for making me feel important in this stay. Everyone else was not pleasant including the property manager Sandra Brown. I felt intimidated when she came up to me.
Negatives:
She seemed aggressive. Needs to work on herself. They wanted me to pay 200 deposit because i have a dog. On the other hand, they have junkies living in the hotel.

The office manager was lovely. Explained all the charges. The breakfast was very nice. I would stay here again if I had a reason to go into AC. It was a short uber ride back and forth.

The only "bad" thing was the room's air freshness was very strong when we opened the door. I left the door and window open plus turned on the ac. A little less air freshner please.

I loved to see how dedicated the owner was to ensuring the facility was up to par and how she treated each customer as the most important person at the moment. Her staff was friendly ans courteous.

Overall, for the price during a weekend its good. I would have expected a room more renovated because I read the reviews online, but it wasnt really. Strong odour of cleaning carpet. Really small room, had to place my sons playpen next to the air conditioner. When I arrived, the air conditioner was closed and I started it immediately but it took many hours until it became confortable enough to sleep under the bed sheets. But during all my stay it worked well after. Its was perfect to go sleep/shower/breakfast only and pass the day at the beach.
