Positives:
We love that pets are allowed and they do breakfast on the weekends. Everyone is very friendly and it’s a nice area, the stores are right down the road and they also have a washer and dryer that is very affordable.

Negatives:
Don’t choose this place. It looks like they have their own rules. Everything is very old — towels, bedding, etc. I could hardly wait until morning to get out of there.

Honestly, from check-in to leaving this was probably the worst hotel experience I've ever had all the way around the staff was super unwelcoming they wanted a cash security deposit with no record I told them to cancel it if that were the case and then they changed their mind also the room was disgusting and I mean disgusting everything was broken some things held together with duct tape not as advertised only one towel two pillows were filled with foam no conditioner seriously the worst experience.

Sheets were clean, comfortable bed. Rooms were cool
Negatives:
Floor tile in the bathroom was cracked and uneven. The toilet kept clogging up. We had to unclog our own toilet. Super hot in the lobby and halls. There was mold in the bathroom. People living there. No breakfast. Save your money and go someplace else.

Drapes had splattered blood on them & so did bedspread!
Was charged $100 cash deposit upon arrival & ($20/room card if lost), which I complained to them that this wasn't on their site
Pool etc etc was "under reconstruction"
Breakfast was "running" in the door to facility in Walmart bags @ 9am...
Pillows were very small(about 12x12) & cases were yellowish
Had to request extra pillows & hand towel for 2 people (I picked them up in lobby)
Finally got internet connection but was told it was so weak that it won't work...
But MOSTLY this was a state"welfare" hotel for housing folks...plants & cats in windows etc
Disappointed that Booking.com doesn't know what's happening
