At 7pm room wasn't ready.coffee machine had no filte,r offee or cups.
The bathroom had 1 towel. King superior room had 2 tiny pillows. And no phone in the room .thus had to go to 3 flights down and was told .maintenance will be back at 8 am. I can come down to get coffee. I dont blame the staff they seem overwhelmed and understaffed. Very disappointed in the overall experience. The bar was not set high. Basically, I just expected a clean room with basic items such as PHONE, TOWELS COFFEE, and

This property is being posted as another. That is false advertising. I came to the hotel was greeted by the smell of mildew , cockroaches in the flowers , and clearly no balcony’s. There are other reports of FAR worse line shady people hanging in the hallways. I came here with my child and was not expecting what I saw. If it were anything else I wouldn’t be asking for a refund. But this posting is completely misleading. I understand it maybe for sales , for those who are coming from other states it’s bad business.

The room floor is not clean. No blanket in the room. The toilet was clogged on the third day of our stay. Please discard the chair in the room if the leather is peeling off.
