Valarie at the front desk was the greatest! She is very friendly and knowledgeable. Makes you feel welcome and like your family.
Negatives:
That there was no indoor pool. Valarie at the front desk was extremely helpful with suggestions of things to do. Unfortunately, it was all shopping or in a mall. Not everyone wants to shop or drive more than they already have. We would have much rather jumped in a pool or a hot for a few to relax..

Poor breakfast. Apple juice had run out, there wasn’t a single knife…. Perhaps if the one server had stayed out in the dining room more (not behind the closed door to the kitchen), the breakfast would’ve been better.

Our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. Location was very convenient.

Breakfast staff was not friendly and did not keep the food stocked. Front desk staff gave us the wrong key and room number upon check in.

Positives:
The front desk was very nice and welcoming. I was looking for milk and he gave me a few small bottles. When leaving, the front desk gave me water bottles for our journey.
The rooms are nice, beds comfortable, breakfast is good.
Negatives:
I wish breakfast went to 10am instead of 9:30. We went to breakfast at 9:15 and they had run out of the sausage which was the meat of the day. I asked the man who works at the breakfast if I could get some sausage. He said no he thought it would not all get eaten. I feel like all the food should be available until 9:30. They had run out of a few items by the time I arrived and were not replaced. Lastly, it would be nice if had an indoor pool.

Sometimes it’s a long walk to get to your room depending on your building. That can be uncomfortable when you have a lot of luggage and the weather’s not great.
