The spa also features a deluxe couple’s suite that features a private shower, jacuzzi and fireplace; available when Suite Escape package is booked. Beside leaving the hotel that day, everything was nice.!
Negatives:
I had a bad experience living in the hotel that day I was waiting for my car at Valet Parking when 2 guys were fighting outside screaming of yelling, and I did have my daughter with me. The guy was about to pull a knife out and we got scared. That was a bad experience, especially for my daughter. No security was there.

The gentleman that checked me in asked me if I wanted to upgrade my room and I was absolutely HAPPY he did. I truly appreciated that. The bed was very comfortable. Best sleep I had in a long time.
Negatives:
I wasn't happy about the price but I wanted to be closer to my daughter and granddaughter. I guess I need to gamble a little more to get comp rooms, LOL. But I'm not complaining.

I check in they gave me a key to the room the key didn't work I went back downstairs to let them know theu gave me another key that key didn't work to top it off I was on the 41st floor I had to run back and forth they kept give me the run around telling me they gone send a locksmith the locksmith came n said the door was locked from the inside the locksmith went downstairs with me to let them know the manager gone tell me in my face that wasn't the locksmith it was the bell boy when the locksmith shirt was labeled as locksmith Everytime I kept runic back n forth manager wil hide in a room in the back the men at the desk practically was hiding also I waited 2 hours for a room never got in thst room or wasn't offered another room theu left me stranded it's wasn't nothing ti like
