The great staff, pool, Jacuzzi, my balcony! they have a kickin gym also. Housekeeping needs a little work here on the floor & tub &more than 1room. Definitely not OK, little 2quick on housekeeping, they need 2spend a little more time & another 15 mins.

My reservation was still messed up when I got there. Booking sent me an email that it was straightened out but they couldnt find my name. Finally after three people they put my name in wrong the third lady found it

We booked breakfast included, but that disappeared after we confirmed. We only found out on the first morning. The hotel does not even have an area for a buffet, only a so called bistro where you can purchase a breakfast. Rate too high without breakfast. The lounge area was very crowded and noisy when we stayed there (morning and evening)

The carpets in the common area and the elevator were dirty. The bathroom had hair in it and the bathtub caulk needed to be replaced. Also the toilet ran after flushing. Not worth the money at all.

The staff were friendly and breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable. It was a very convenient location for my work and there was plenty of parking.

The whole place feels like it hasn't been updated for 20 years and there was a dreadful drains / sewage smell in the corridors.
