We were checked in only at 5pm, after I contacted the front desk for the third time. The employee, who calls herself both manager and supervisor, was rude and sarcastic. She said my room was not ready because there was a holiday being celebrated, guests staying in that room extended their time. And the hotel did not clean the room on time. Are we not guests? I just wanted the room I paid for in advance. I asked for another room because we wanted to rest and because you didn't clean it in time, but supposedly my suite level rooms were not available in such a large hotel. Unbelievable. Since that was the case, I asked for a discount, which was also rudely denied. I received no apology whatsoever. This is not service. It's a disgrace. We were given a coupon for a cocktail that we didn't need at all. Allegedly, a staff member went to see if our room was ready and when it was supposedly cleaned, we were checked in. I'm sure no one checked the room because it was very dirty. Your staff didn't have 5 hours of time to clean it? Trash on the floor, greasy fingerprints on the desk, even hair in the bathroom. I have a huge level of traveling and only your hotel has such bad service, only your hotel has no bottled water in the rooms. It was only at your hotel that they made me understand that we were not welcome as guests. By the way, the manager gave everyone who came with us a package of bottled water. Although the water was behind her in yellow bags. I do not recommend to anyone
