It was a tough family...
Positives:
The location. The cleanness of the rooms and that it has microwave and refrigerator .
Negatives:
I didn’t like the checkin process . Apparently their system was down and instead of announcing it to a crowed lobby , the staff just looked loss and confuse . I also didn’t like that once their system got back up and running , instead of taking ppl in order as you arrived they allowed everyone to skip . Once we check in , it was no apology or explaining what happen . It was just nonchalant attitudes . Had good with this hotel in the past but the last time left a bad taste so therefore I won’t be booking again .

It took 30 mins before we could get check in since nobody is in the counter Friday night. Watch out as your room is getting charge with something that you are NOT purchasing. Staff needs more training in customer service and in their own computer syste

Breakfast should have been more of a buffet style rather than breakfast bowls and sandwiches. Perhaps a more isolated place to dine other than the main lobby area. Also the food was a little too spicy, some people can't tolerate spicy food
