Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

The front desk assistant (April) was very rude to us from the moment we arrived, there were problems with the reservation and she did not know how to explain anything to us about the cancellation, time and day. We spent more than 1 hour standing at the front desk trying to solve the problem to which she said that only her manager had access (she also came in the morning) finally we had to pay the reservation at the Hotel's price and not the one we already had cheaper.

Cleanliness of room and breakfast. Location was good as well.

Had to call 911 because the room was so dry that I couldnt swallow.This happened at 3:00 am. Police and ambulance checked me out and hydrated me. The refrigerator was very loud. Could not go back to sleep after that scare. Clerk was rude.
