Only they have truck trailer parking otherwise I never stay here the smell is very bad nobody pick up the phone if I dont have no my truck trailer with me I never stop here

In the morning during checkout the lady that walked around doing checkout is very rude.

Terrible service all around never will use this service again

Staff not available at check in. Had to go looking for them. Room was cold and not able to adjust heat. Floor was dirty and sticky. Parking lot was not in a safe area. Staff failed to provide a receipt at check out even after requested.

Rooms had roaches, dirty towels, dirty bedding. I can go on and on. Hall ways rug was filled with dog poop. I was so uncomfortable. If it wasnt so late in the evening I would stayed somewhere else.

The staff was rude, the room was dirty, no manager available over a 4 day period, there are ROACHES, everything was filthy the tub, the shower curtain, the toilet, the was no toilet paper, or tissue, & not one time was I able yo get fresh sheets or towel
