The receptionist couldn't find my reservation and I end up paying again. After speak with booking.com they haven't refund me the money neither Red Roof management. So not good at all for paying twice for the same reservation!

Everything- from being told I was "wrong" by a housekeeping worker for taking a few garbage bags from her cart to properly dispose of my trash. Then the front desk could not provide my room (156) with fresh clean towels because someone in housekeeping apparently forgot to do the "laundry." Or at least that's what the young lady told me. I asked for a time when they may be ready, and she told me "I don't know, you'll have to ask the laundry attendant." When I replied asking to speak with the attendant, in turn she replied "I don't know where they are currently, sorry." The room had so much dust built up. The toilet and tub were NASTY and would stop up. The microwave was nasty inside, like gross! The TV remote did not work. The 2 sitting chairs they had in the room were covered in stains from previous guest, so we did not even use them (even though they looked so nice in the photos). I believe they advertise having a pool- guess what?!?!...that was CLOSED!! I know you get what you pay for, but this property is disgusting- down to the workers. Operations Management Team need they ass beat! Or whoever is responsible for overseeing the hotel. It's unacceptable, period! I don't need to post photos or anything to validate this, just visit the property for yourself, and you will all the disappointment. The hotel needs MAJOR restoration/remodeling...something sheesh! Never wanted to leave a hotel so bad.

The location worked out perfect. The bed was comfortable. Bed was clean no bed bugs.
Negatives:
We stayed for 3 nights and no clean towels when we asked for them after the 2 night. The garbage wasn't emptied. We had to take it out every day and put it in the garbage bin out back. The shelf in the closet wasn't secure and feel down in the night. When they fixed it a mess was left and not cleaned up. When I returned the keys the front desk person just shrugged her shoulders and said ok.....
