Staff was rude. When asked for towels or for linen for the bed was said there was none to give. During our staff no room service was done at all. We stayed 7 days and nothing was done. Not even garbage was taken out. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable you could even feels the springs on the bed. And was not even given extra sheets to make it more bulky. Had an awful experience. Washer and dryer were not working. Side of sofa bed was ripped.

The woman at the front desk was very rude, nasty and racist. This wasn't the first time I had an issue with her. I don't know how she is still employed with red roof
