The staff , from the young man at the front desk to the ladys setting up the food and beverages ,your staff is exceptional ! However the room itself was dirty , the furnishings were old and broken or stained . The rugs hadnt been vacuumed , I took photos because I was disappointed I didnt ask for a room change since the room location was ideal because of my disabilities .. needless to say the room was not of Hilton quality I am use to

Put money back into rooms with new linens and furnishing , a deep cleaning and repair bathroom floor I do have photos to share if you would like to see what I am speaking about

Positives:
The pool was still open and warm for the kids to have fun in. Breakfast was served hot and accommodating to everyone needs
Negatives:
One of the staff members in the morning on Saturday was not helpful and it rubbed me the wrong way
