The room was big but in very bad disrepair. This shouldn’t be called a hotel as it is more of a community of people that live there full time. Very dirty, and didn’t feel safe to stay there.

Property was not as advertised on website . People walking around suspicious and cops there all the time speaks levels.
Negatives:
They had me in the first room two days with wet floor, maintenance didn’t know how to fix the leak. Once fixed than had no hot water. Gave me a room with lock not working knowing my reservation said with a child. No pots and pans as stated on advertisement. They don’t come clean nor keep their word when you make a complaint they give you their word nothing get done. I help the maintenance guy fix lock after he told me it was fixed never was even fixed.

Everything was broken. The office phone was not working they had no WiFi. Then they ask for a $200 deposit that was not on the website.

The size of the room was what was expected and nice.
Negatives:
The room smelled like dust, so much so that the windows needed to be opened.
There were piles of construction debris in the bathroom, not enough towels or washcloths for two people, only conditioner in the room.
The dishwasher would not close, so not useful. In room coffee did not have any of the usual creamer type things or cups.
One of the remotes for the tv was missing. There was an issue with the cable or something so what was available was poor quality.
Front desk not responsive to concerns.
