Everything was broken. The office phone was not working they had no WiFi. Then they ask for a $200 deposit that was not on the website.

The size of the room was what was expected and nice.
Negatives:
The room smelled like dust, so much so that the windows needed to be opened.
There were piles of construction debris in the bathroom, not enough towels or washcloths for two people, only conditioner in the room.
The dishwasher would not close, so not useful. In room coffee did not have any of the usual creamer type things or cups.
One of the remotes for the tv was missing. There was an issue with the cable or something so what was available was poor quality.
Front desk not responsive to concerns.

phone on table not functional, TV passcode protected (had to guess it), TV blurry and channels unavailable, I had to ask to get room serviced (towels sheets, etc) and were not serviced daily, breakfast poor/lacking, some at front desk not helpful.
