Negatives: The problem is where it says extended stay it really means it. Section 8 families kids screaming in rooms it’s because it’s their home.. I felt like I was in the projects in Jersey City.. It’s definitely not a place to go if you want to relax…

Negatives: NEVER STAYED AT THIS LOCATION, NOBODY WAS AT THE FRONT DESK TO HELP. FRONT OFFICE WAS CLOSED. PLEASE REFUND ANY CHARGE, AND YOU HAVE GIVE A BAD REPORT OF THIS LOCATION.

Negatives: There's a different smell in every room, hallway, Elevator. Lots of air freshening to mask the smells of food, pot and smoke - in a non-smoking facility. The promise a breakfast, but it's only limited granola bars, muffins and oatmeal, but never any spoons. The people are loud, and with such thin walls, you can hear loud talkers, music being played and loud closing doors.

Negatives: cabinet in room broken when we arrived. Floor dirty Advertised--$ price CHARGED WAS 100+

Negatives: I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, my family and I experienced a significant issue during our stay that significantly impacted our overall experience. We encountered heavy weed smoke and noise from other guests and their pets, which affected our ability to enjoy our stay. This issue falls well below the standards expected of a hotel of this caliber. As a result of the smoke, we were inconvenienced in numerous ways. I experienced throat irritation and nausea while my parents had headaches and coughing. These issues not only impacted our stay but also caused us significant stress and frustration.

Negatives: Firstly, it smelled. The rooms were smaller than other extended stays (the bathroom door blocked the toilet and tub when opened). The worst was the older man working the front counter (from the way he was talking to other employees, I guess he's a manager) was not only slow re-check me in (over 10 minutes when I already called hours before to give them a heads start) but he kept asking the same questions over and over. I asked why it was taking longer than the original and he basically said she wasn't doing her job. Then immediately was telling me I owed for room which I had prepaid for (AND I had paid an extra $10 on my rate.... Then later paid the room rate...) I told him I already paid in an ex ft fasperated tone of voice and started telling me to "calm down sir! You need to calm down" over and over and explaining why I wasn't calm instead of double checking his work, which was wrong. And he didn't apologize. 4/10. Go to the Woodbridge one. Way better.

Negatives: The room is not clean so many cat hair and I have a allergies and my husband also have allergy after we sleep in this hotel so they have to pay attention. How is the cleaners clean the room before the guest come to this room.

Negatives: 1. Upon a first arrival there was a Tesla backing into the double door 2. There was a crowd of people in lobby waiting on rooms 3. I was initially told my room wasn’t ready because it hadn’t been cleaned, at the time it’s was going on 5PM 4. The hallway on the 3rd floor had an intoxicating smell of marijuana 5. Entered the room and it looked empty and unkept 6. The shower head silver plate was dangling off from the wall 7. The counters in the bathroom sink area had debris and a great amount of lime scale and corrosion. 8. The tub had significant corrosion 9. There was some dirt and debris behind the television on the table and on the floor near the heater and inside the drawer in the nightstand 10. The telephone receiver had food crumbs and a dried substance 11. There was a couple in the woods to the right exit clearly using drugs and kept watching me 12. The side door used for guests that morning was unlocked so anyone could walk into the hotel 13. Overall I was extremely disappointed my stay.

Negatives: This is worst stay ever, I didn’t expect this bad experience in every aspect. The motel is not clean at all, Bath towels were so dirty, And bath tub is may be from 1960, and it’s so dirty Kitchen appliances were pretty old, Bad smell in motel room, Dirty carpet, Staff was not helpful when I needed some utensils, The motel itself pretty old.
