Positives: The beds were very comfortable. The staff beyond the check in day were really nice. The staff on check in day were not. Issue with check in and no sense of urgency. Staff kids running around the lobby as well.

Negatives: The staff made the check in process take over an hour for a prepaid booking. Staff was claiming it wasn’t prepaid until speaking with booking.com to confirm it was prepaid. Booking.com called 4 times and staff did not answer the phone. Only spoke to booking from my own personal cell phone. Room was also dirty and smelled of food upon check in. Burrito left in the microwave. Appliances not cleaned. Sticky floors in room.
