I had already booked my stay there when I arrive the gentleman say that they didn’t receive the payment so they gave me the number to call booking.com booking.com apologize and they corrected the mistake. Hopefully they will place my $50 back to my card other than that had a great time and slept well. Thank you.

Positives:
The beds were very comfortable. The staff beyond the check in day were really nice. The staff on check in day were not. Issue with check in and no sense of urgency. Staff kids running around the lobby as well.
Negatives:
The staff made the check in process take over an hour for a prepaid booking. Staff was claiming it wasn’t prepaid until speaking with booking.com to confirm it was prepaid. Booking.com called 4 times and staff did not answer the phone. Only spoke to booking from my own personal cell phone. Room was also dirty and smelled of food upon check in. Burrito left in the microwave. Appliances not cleaned. Sticky floors in room.
