Positives:
The beds were very comfortable. The staff beyond the check in day were really nice. The staff on check in day were not. Issue with check in and no sense of urgency. Staff kids running around the lobby as well.
Negatives:
The staff made the check in process take over an hour for a prepaid booking. Staff was claiming it wasn’t prepaid until speaking with booking.com to confirm it was prepaid. Booking.com called 4 times and staff did not answer the phone. Only spoke to booking from my own personal cell phone. Room was also dirty and smelled of food upon check in. Burrito left in the microwave. Appliances not cleaned. Sticky floors in room.

it was in convenient and closer to family living around
tammy was very helpfull and always smiling.
Negatives:
breakfast was very dissapointing
much better breafast options needed for vegetarian becase many indian family and buisness clients visiting NJ.
The front desk man, tattoos on this arm dark skin muscular. is not very proffesional and has no front desk qualities in him.
very rude behaviour
has attitude which is ok i understand but when there are guest wanting to checkin in during arrival he needs to be very proffesional and needs to be trained more with hospitality service and industry.
not sure why the housekeeping dont come and make the bed crisp and tiptop everyday. customers dont mind tipping if the jobs done daily.
no shampoo in the shower the first day as we checked in i had to inform the feont desk.
attention to details is needed.
