Location, parking.
Negatives:
The outside area of the front office and surrounding lot smelled like urine. The outside parking lot and steps to the 2nd floor smelled nasty, dirty, and unkept.
There were kids hanging around the second level and were loitering for hours on the steps and second tier who were occupants on first floor in adjacent building. I saw them through my window as we felt there was no security or control on the premises. Two different times car alarms went off. Zero security in this place. Finally, there was a sign in big, bold letters showing a price for rooms half of what I prepaid through Booking. I felt cheated..
